Snow Canvas Project (and Sneak Peek!)

The project I am sharing today is a canvas using elements from both the current Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue, and the new 'Creativity Delivered' 2017 Autumn/Winter Catalogue which is live from 1st September 2017.

I really enjoyed completing this project as it is very different from my usual cards and projects, I like my straight lines a bit too much! Blue is one of my favourite colours, and the blue tones I have used are Night of Navy, Dapper Denim, Marina Mist, Pool Party, and a little bit of Soft Sky.

The snowflakes and sentiment are from the new Autumn/Winter catalogue, which are available as a stamp set and Thinlits bundle called 'Snowflake Sentiments' (they are available separately, but why would you want one without the other?). The large silvery looking snowflakes are cut from Champagne Foil Sheet, which is just gorgeous.

Hope to see you again soon.

Hello, and welcome to my entry in the Crafty Inklings 3rd Blog Hop!

As you may be aware we are a group of Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from the East Anglia area of the UK. Today you are joining me from Jacqui's blog. I hope you liked her projects, and will enjoy mine too.

Today I am showing you two cards which use products from the new Stampin' Up! 2017 - 2018 Annual Catalogue. They use two of the new 'In Colors'; Lemon Lime Twist and Powder Pink. I didn't think I would like the pink but it is really growing on me. And the Lemon Lime, wow! At first glance its quite bright, but both this and the Powder Pink work really well with the Night of Navy base. I have also used the new Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper, Happy Birthday Thinlits, and Pretty Label Punch.

More inspiration to follow over the coming weeks. I will hand you over to Sarah, who has something amazing to show you.

See you soon

Rebecca

To a Wonderful Friend....

Hello again!

Ok so I may have fibbed when I said a few days ago, just a couple more ideas with the Succulent Garden paper. Looks like I am obsessed, and I will truly miss this paper when it retires at the end of May. It is just so pretty.

Today I am sharing a box which holds a gift for a friend. This project follows on from a coupler of my earlier posts and features the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies, and the sentiment is from the Oh So Succulent stamp set.

So, what is inside this lovely box:

These smaller size shower gel and body butter's make excellent gifts and obviously the chocolates are essential.

Stampin' Up! Onstage

Hello

Today I am off to the Stampin' Up! On Stage Live in Amsterdam!

What is Onstage? It brings together Stampin' Up! Demonstrators, not just from Europe, but all over the world. And when we get together we like to 'Swap' to share ideas. So what am I swapping? Here you go...

These are little mini succulents in their own little terrariums. The succulents are cut from the Succulent Framelits in Mint Macaron card stock, and the ends have been inked with Rich Razzleberry ink. The bases are cut from Kraft, and the domes are plastic shot glasses.

Here is just 1 on its own:

I have made 100 of these to swap, and only thing is, I didn't really think about how much room they would take up in my suitcase, so I am lucky its a big one.

Hope to see you again soon!

Beautiful You

Hello

I am sharing something super simple today.

I stamped one of the images from the Beautiful You stamp set onto Whisper White cardstock and also stamped and cut out the same image onto designer paper, cut out and stuck over the top. This makes a really nice gift or home décor piece.

Just Because.......

Hello, and welcome back again.

Over the next couple of days I am going to share another couple of ideas using the Succulent Garden Designer Paper. I cannot help but love it. To be honest it reminds me of a tablecloth and curtains we had in our house when I was growing up, so I think it just gives me fond memories.

The other day I was at a friends house (another Stampin' Up! Demo) and she had a little 3D item on her shelf which took my eye and looked like a little book, so I thought I would make it for myself:

Inside 4 delicious chocolates:

So what else have I used on this project? The Dragonfly is from Dragonfly Dreams Thinlit Dies, and the sentiment is from the Tin of Cards Stamp Set. I have also used Silver Glimmer Paper.

I hope you have enjoyed this post and will come back again.

Welcome to my Blog

Hello and welcome to my new blog. Thank you for visiting me today.

I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator for almost 7 years and it was about time I started sharing some of my projects, so I have joined in with the Crafty Inklings Blog Hop.

We are a group of demonstrators who share our passion of crafting in East Anglia, and slightly further afield. I am very lucky to be in the company of some very talented ladies.

Today are showing off products from the Stampin' Up! Spring/Summer Catalogue. You have joined me from Jacqui's blog, I don't know how I am going to follow her lovely project.

I am sharing a card I recently made for a friend. I have teamed products from the Succulent Garden Suite, along with a sentiment from the Beautiful You stamp set.

Don't these just look gorgeous together? The main colour used on this card is Sweet Sugarplum. To make the flower pop I have used some Sweet Sugarplum ink on the tips and folded the petals in slightly with my bone folder.

I am now going to leave you in the hands of Sarah and her amazing project, and don't be shy about coming back this way for some more inspiration.

Love

Rebecca
